Molo Soup

Ingredients:
1lb ground pork
1/4c chorizo de bilbao, chopped
1/4c shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
1pack wanton wrapper
1c cabbage, chopped
1c carrots, julienned
1c quail eggs, hard boiled and peeled
1c celery, chopped
1/2c onion, chopped
2tbsp garlic, chopped
4c pork stock or broth
1c milk
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure
- in a bowl, combine pork, chorizo, and shrimp. Mix and season with salt and pepper.
- wrap a spoonful of pork mixture with wanton wrapper and set aside. Do this until all pork is used
- saute garlic and onion in a pot. Add celery and then add pork broth or stock. Bring stock or broth to a boil.
- add wanton wrapped pork then lower down the heat. Simmer for 20 minutes or until pork is cooked.
- add milk then stir. Add cabbage and carrots then let it simmer for another 3minutes then turn of the heat.
- transfer in a bowl and serve hot.
